Launch the media gallery 1 playerOn Monday, January 20, 2020 liberty high school sophomore Jesse Hefton and seventh grader Chris Cook participated in auditions for the Mid East Oklahoma band directors association honor band at Cleveland high school. Out of approximately 20 other schools and hundreds of students auditioning, Jesse Hefton won his audition into the high school honor band on French horn. His middle school counterpart, Christopher Cook, also auditioned and won 1st alternate on Trombone for the seventh grade honor band. This was Chris’s first year to participate but Jessie has won his auditions for the past four years. Congratulations boys! You make us Liberty proud!
